We love our champagne brunches so were excited to hear about Cut Catch Cucina’s weekend brunch at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. Their vast selection has a distinct European element, with a French inspired charcuterie section as the alluring centrepiece. We loved the selection of decadent and authentic French cheeses, hams, and terrines which paired perfectly with the free flow champagne. Seafood lovers will be in for a treat with their fresh shellfish selection complete with a live barbecue grill. We couldn’t resist digging into their meat and BBQ selection, featuring a juicy beef wellington, classic kebab station, and made to order BBQ skewers. If that wasn’t enough, they also feature an a la carte menu serving innovative modern dishes in petite portions and a pizza and fresh pasta stand great for families with kids. Save room for the extensive dessert stations complete with freshly prepared crepes, soft serve ice cream, and enough sweets to fill a candy store. A must try for those who are after a decadent and fun brunch with family or friends. The best part is that even brunch diners who aren’t staying at the hotel are welcome to use the luxurious and relaxing pool after their meal. What more could you want out of a weekend in Bali?
