Dim Sum is one of our favourite things to eat during lazy weekends with family so we were excited when we heard about Cuisine Cuisine’s Oriental Brunch including all you an eat dim sum. The brunch is available on Saturdays and incorporates premium teas, a decadent appetizer platter, an irresistible all you can eat dim sum feast, a choice of three delicious main courses, a choice of desserts and a free flow wine option. We loved the melt in your mouth Honey-Glazed Barbecue Pork, the fragrant Steamed Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Dumplings, the spicy Squid in Curry Chili Sauce, and the fresh, perfectly cooked Pan-Fried Tiger Prawns in Mango Mayonnaise Sauce. Make sure to try their fragrant and flavourful selection of tea brewed with Evian water making the perfect addition to the high quality fare. Check out this brunch with family or visitors who want a true taste of luxurious Chinese cuisine and dim sum.
