New restaurant The Grill Room has opened in The L Square in Causeway Bay and is a perfect spot for meat lovers to feast on their favourite comfort food dishes with char-grilled Burgers, Steaks, Chicken, Pork Belly, and Lamb Rack being the main focus of the menu. We recommend starting with an appetizer board with options such as creamy Sauteed Field Mushrooms, fragrant Vongole Clams, and summer friendly Crab & Avocado. For mains we recommend their Signature Pork Ribs which are marinated in their special dry rub, slow cooked for 8 hours, char-grilled and then caramelised over hot flames with their secret house basting sauce, and the Peri Peri Spring Chicken with Paprika, Lemon, Ginger & Garlic, and Peri Peri Sauce. We loved the modern design and cozy ambiance. A great spot to dine with friends and dine family style.
