Our favourite innovative cocktail spot, The Woods, has introduced a new seafood inspired Prixe Fixe menu, serving modern bites alongside creative cocktails. The new menu will entice any seafood lover with a fresh abolone and kale chips amouse bouche, a fragrant and indulgent seaweed & kombu infused gin paired with botan ebi starter, and unique and delicious Uni Bloody Mary paired with crab main course. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we were told the oyster shell that was served for dessert was completely constructed of chocolate and each intricate bite proved it to be a decadent indulgent treat. Our meal completed with a fragrant “Ocean Spray” digestif incorporating aged tequila with caper berry brine and a unique and refreshing Salmon Roe Peach Sorbet. A unique and delicious experience you won’t want to miss!
