Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu are two of our favourite Japanese style dining options and we couldn’t resist sampling the mouthwatering Wagyu beef version at Mihan Honke. Located at the luxurious Regent Taipei, Mihan Honke offers classic Japanese decor, intimate private dining rooms, and helpful staff. We loved the variety of options on the menu varying from succulent cuts of beef and pork to fresh seafood and other hotpot favourite ingredients. We loved the melt in your mouth Australian Wagyu Beef simmered in their sweet and flavorful Sukiyaki broth and their juicy, generously sliced Taiwan Marbled Pork. We also highly recommend ordering a few dishes off the non hotpot sector of the menu including fresh deep-fried oysters, the moreish grilled chicken with scallion, and the indulgent sea urchin sashimi. A perfect spot to enjoy great food, sake, and fun with friends.
