Grand Hyatt boasts one of the most decadent and classic steakhouses in town. We loved the grand dining space with it’s luxurious seating areas and intimate setting ideal for an indulgent dinner. We highly recommend their plump, sweet Pan Fried Diver Scallops and their freshly made Seared Maryland Crab Cakes which were generously packed with flavourful crab meat to start, as well as a round at their impressive salad bar complete with melt in your mouth smoked salmon and irresistible cheese and pates. The wide selection of steaks are a meat lovers dream and we couldn’t resist sharing their juicy, 38 oz Dry Aged Canadian AAA Porterhouse which was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. We loved the selection of homemade sauces, mustard, and their signature Thrice Cooked Duck Fat Potato Fries are a must side order. If you still have room after your feast, the Chocolate Fondant with extremely delicious Vanilla Ice Cream is the perfect end to an amazing meal. Definitely somewhere you’ll crave again and again and ideal if you are looking to impress colleagues or for a perfect date night spot.
