We highly recommend their famous Ranger’s Valley “Black Onyx” Angus Rib Chop from New South Wales which is gran fed for 300+ days and aged for 30 days. Cooked to juicy perfection and paired with delicious sauces the steak is a must order for all meat lovers and steak obsessed foodies like ourselves.
