The First Floor by Lifestyle Federation is a luxurious and beautiful dining club serving decadent cuisine for the discerning diner. Their menu features a plethora of impressive options, while utilizing only premium sourced ingredients.  We loved both the Semi-Cooked Lobster and the Seared Langoustine as refreshing appetizers which were delicious and beautifully presented. Pasta lovers must order their indulgently rich and savoury 63° degree onsen egg carbonara with perfect al dente pasta. For main courses we shared their juicy and flavourful Milk-Fed Veal with banana shallot and and eggplant, and their buttery and fragrant Meuniere Whole Dover Sole with potato puff and lemongrass sauce which we highly recommend. Both dishes were impressively prepared tableside and served with exquisite class and flair. Make sure to save room and finish with their delicate and tasty Apple Filo Tart with pandan and vanilla sauce and a selection of addictive sweets from the tempting petit four trolley. A perfect place for a date night if you are searching for fine dining in Central or for sharing delicious food with a group of friends.
