Chef Felix, who has previous experience in world-renowned restaurants including Michelin 3-star restaurants L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Robuchon Au Dome, uses fresh ingredients and unique culinary skill to create innovative dishes. Favourite dishes of the night included the spicy and fragrant Clams Stir-Fried with Roasted Cod Roe and Miso, the sweet and plump Seared Smoke-Scented Scallop in wasabi dressing with apple salad, the tender Grilled Angus Steak Seasoned with Sichuan inspired spices, and the “Mariner’s Crock” a medley of Alaskan Crab, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Clams and Fish in a clay pot of scented fried rice served with Onsen egg and tomatoes which was perfect for sharing. An ideal spot for dining with friends or dinner parties for those who love innovative cuisine.
