We highly recommend the morish Chorizo and Fennel D.I.Y Pinchos served with warm baguette slices, the spicy and crunchy New York inspired Buffalo Cauliflower with cayenne pepper and blue cheese sauce, the perfectly seared Scallops with artichoke, chorizo and sumac, the melt in your mouth Australian Wagyu Flank Steak with honey wholegrain mustard, the fragrant Moroccan Green Harissa Lamb with leek & mint yogurt and Goji berries, the tender and flavourful Jamaican Jerk Chicken with shaved fennel, and the indulgent Texan Style Pulled Pork Sliders with Napa slaw and Provolone cheese.
