We loved the rich Beef Tartare with lotus root chips, the crispy and addictive Fried Chicken with Korean Chili sauce and pickled radish, the refreshing Crispy Pork Belly Wraps with butter lettuce, kimchi bean sprouts, pickled garlic and chili sauce, the fresh and flavorful Baked Red Snapper with ginger, spring onion and soy, and the decadent Bone Marrow Mushroom Bibimbap, which is a definite must order. Make sure to save room and sample their delicious signature sweet and savoury Sweet Potato Crumble with vanilla bean ice cream, bacon bits and ginger syrup. Your meal at VCNCY will not be complete without trying a few of their irresistible cocktails, and we highly recommend the spicy Kimchi Caesar using house infused soju, clamato juice and Gochujang, and the refreshing Green Horizon using vodka, ginger ale and cucumber basil.
