Cull N’ Pistol is a rustic and welcoming seafood spot located on the relaxing Sai Wan Ho waterfront. We loved the open front entrance, nautical inspired interiors and menu brimming with sustainably sourced seafood. Everything on the menu is prepared simply, not sacrificing the true flavour and quality of their fresh ingredients. They have incorporated an abundance of mouthwatering lobster to the menu in many forms including on the fresh and irresistible Seafood Platter and signature, fragrant Clam Bakes. We loved starting with a selection of their fresh oysters and Seafood Platter featuring a large, perfectly poached lobster, flavourful gravlax & octopus, and sweet, meaty crab legs. The signature Clam Bake is a must order with Clams, Lobster, Crayfish, Mussels, Shrimp, Chorizo, Corn on the Cob and Fingerling Potatos served family style in a rich Shellfish Broth. Make sure to also not miss out on their deliciously indulgent Baked Lobster & Brie Dip with Artichokes, Spinach and Charred Pita, a definite Hungry Hong Kong favourite. Save room for dessert and sample an array of their decadent treats including the rich Crunchy Chocolate Fudge Cake, Tiramisu, and New York Cheesecake. A perfect spot for a date night and if you are looking to escape from the city’s busy side and enjoy a true taste of the ocean with a view to match.
