Gaucho has introduced a fun and buzzing Weekend Electro Brunch featuring an array of delicious appetizers, steaks, free flow champagne and a live DJ. The brunch begins with a selection of Gaucho’s signature appetizers including a Seafood Sampler of Tuna Tiraditos, Salmon Ceviche and Shrimp Chicharron, followed by a Hot Sampler of Baby Back Ribs, Chorizo Sausage and Empanadas. Each appetizer platter is all you can eat so if one isn’t enough make sure to order another and enjoy with your friends and family. The highlight of the meal is the Beef Platter featuring juicy cuts of Fillet, Rump and Spiral Cut Rib-Eye with Chimichurri, all mouthwateringly delicious and cooked to perfection. Make sure to save room for the decadent dessert platter which features a Chocolate Tart, Slated Dulce de Leche & Hazelnut Cheesecake, and a Banana & Chocolate Mousse.
