We loved their impressive starters including indulgent freshly shucked oysters, the refreshing and beautifully displayed Duo of Crab served in an Ice Crystal, and the award-winning Smoked Australian Beef Tenderloin with Orange Emulsion and Crispy Rice Wafer. For main courses we highly recommend the rich and flavouful Homemade Tagliolini with Sea Urchin Sauce, the fragrant Pan Fried Sicilian Red Prawns Marinated with Herbs served with Polenta, Chorizo and Garlic Butter, and the juicy and perfectly prepared Pan Seared 10oz US Prime Beef Tenderloin with Garden Vegetables & Balsamic Shallot Puree.
