We sampled a selection of appetizers including the crispy and fragrant Salt & Pepper Squid with Compressed Cucumber, Fresh Mint Leaves, Garlic & Chili Nuoc Caramel & Lime Moyonnaise, their indulgent Roasted Bone Marrow served on the Bone with Crispy Seeded Bread, Fresh Rocket & Radish Salad, and their juicy and flavourful Char-Grilled Quail with Beetroot Discs, Fresh Orange Segments & Baby Spinach. For main courses we highly recommend the melt in your mouth 12-Hour Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib on the Bone with Garlic Butter Croutons, Burnt Leeks, Micro Vegetables & Buttery Potato Puree, and their decadent Lobster with Homemade Herb Linguini topped with a Fresh Whole Lobster & Arugula with Lobster Shell Sauce & Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese.
