CÉ LA VI, located at the top of California Tower, is a glamorous spot perfect for dining, drinks, and partying through the night. We visited to check out their restaurant for dinner and loved the modern and inviting design. Complete with sweeping views, dark ambient lighting, and sleek interiors, it’s the perfect place for an impressive night out. We loved the modern Asian menu created by Executive Chef Phillip Pak, and highly recommend ordering a variety to share. Favourite dishes of the night include the indulgent and fragrant Toro Tartare with Sliced Truffles, Brioche, Yuzu Truffle and Vinaigrette, the light and fresh Hokkaido Scallop Salad with Baby Spinach and caramelized beets, the indulgent Pork Belly Skewers with roasted garlic, Kimchi and Sweet Miso, the sweet and flaky Alaskan Black Cod with Saikyo Miso and Negi, and the juicy and flavourful A-5 Japanese Ohmi Beef Striploin Tataki Style with Ponzu, Momiji Oroshi and Chives which is a definite Hungry Hong Kong favourite. Don’t miss their impressive desserts by Corporate Executive Pastry Chef, Jason Licker including the delicious Creme Brulee with Vanilla Custard, Raspberry-Yuzu gel and Raspberry Meringue. Pair your meal with cocktails and wine off the impressive list and enjoy a fun night with true HK flair.
