Zuma is offering a fun and lively Saturday Session Brunch for those of you looking for great cocktails and food while listening to a live DJ on a Saturday afternoon. We’ve been to plenty of champagne brunches around the city and were excited to try this cocktail infused daytime party. Saturday Sessions begins with a selection of appetizers including a snack friendly Edamame and Spicy Zuma Kari Kari Mix, refreshing Steamed Baby Spinach with Sesame Sauce, and flavourful Seared Salmon with Lime, Shiso and Soy. Zuma have created a selection of specially crafted cocktails for the brunch which are free flow and all made to order. We recommend starting with the light and crisp Lillet Spritzer or the unique Japanese Margarita which match perfectly with the appetizers. For main courses, the brunch includes a selection of platters including the indulgent Tokusen Maki To Nigiri Platter, and Robata Platter of Beef Skewers, Chicken Wings, Salmon Teriyaki, Grilled Corn, Mushroom and Zucchini, all ideal for sharing. Other favourite cocktails options to match with your main courses were the Shiso Daiquiri and powerful Smoked Peanut Butter Old Fahioned. You also have the option of plenty of classic cocktails, non alcoholic mocktails and iced teas, as well as house pours included in the free flow package. Saturday Session is a great brunch for groups of friends getting over their Friday hangovers or looking to start their Saturday night early and a must try for all cocktail lovers who want something more than just the usual champagne and wine offering.
