We recently returned to one of our favourite Vietnamese spots, Viet Kitchen & Bar, to sample the new menu and satisfy our craving. Viet Kitchen has always served a great selection of healthy and light options, but have now added several new vegetarian options for those who would rather go meatless or are looking for something lighter this summer. We loved the fresh and crisp Avocado Rice Paper Rolls and fragrant Vegetarian Crispy Dumplings as a start to our meal. Other favourites of the night included the steaming Wok Fried Clams, the crispy and tangy Tamarind Soft Shell Crab, the flaky and flavourful Cha Ca Hanoi, and the tender and juicy Kurobuta Pork Chop. Make sure to check out their indulgent Chocolate Fondant Cake with Mandarin Orange and Coconut Cream as an ideal sweet treat and pair your meal with some new additions from the wine list. We highly recommend the light and refreshing Organic Chateau des Sarrins rose, perfect for those hot summer evenings.
