We loved the decadent Homemade Foie Gras Marinated in Moscato Wine and the traditional Beef Carpaccio to start, and suggest sharing the fragrant Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Mediterranean Red Prawns as a perfect middle course. For main courses we recommend their tender signature Slow Cooked Iberian Pork Ribs Marinated in Mediterranean Herbs with Green Apple Coleslaw, and the fresh and flaky Pan Fried Red Snapper with Pancetta Skin, Organic Red Quicoa and Squid Consomme.
