22 Ships, one of our favourite restaurants in HK, has introduced Chef Aaron Gillespie to the team, and he has created a selection of innovative summer inspired dishes to their menu for a refreshing warm weather treat. We highly recommend starting with the creamy Burrata with Truffle, the refreshing Tuna Tartare with Cucumber, and the unique Heirloom Tomato Salad with juicy, mouthwatering Peach. Make sure to sample the surprising and flavourful Kale Sprouts with Chicken Hearts, the perfectly prepared Octopus with Chilli Garlic and Corinader, and the delicious Pork Belly with Fermented Apple, Caper and Almond Dressing. Save room for dessert and share the sweet and fruity Strawberry with Toasted Marshmallow and Chantilly and the satisfying Peanut Butter with Condensed Milk and Banana which was the perfect end to our meal.
