We headed to one of the hottest Spanish restaurants in the city to try the menu and highly recommend the “The Perfect Egg” Scrambled Eggs with Caviar, Truffle and Potato Foam, the fragrant and buttery Ham, Cheese and Truffle Bikini, the fresh Seabass Marinated In Lime Juice with Mango-Orange Cream, Basil Oil and Coriander, and the Hokkaido Scallops with Coconut, all from the tapas menu. From the main course section their delicious Suckling Pig Tapa is a must order and we loved tasty and beautifully displayed Razor Clams with Caviar.
