Each day began with a tempting and satisfying made to order breakfast, and they even had a children’s and baby menu to cater to the whole family. We highly recommend the fragrant Crab, Coconut and Kaffir Lime on Betal Leaves, the juicy Char-Grilled Palm-Sugar Chicken with Green Mango Salad, the fresh and healthy Seared Tasmanian Salmon, Bok Choy, Chilli and Lime, and a variety of tasty and moorish canapes such as the Lime and Cashew Blue-Eye Cod Rolls with Chinese Black Vinegar Dipping Sauce. Each dish was prepared with only the freshest ingredients and were light and healthy, perfect for a relaxing stay at one of the most beautiful villas in Bali.
