JU-MA-NA Restaurant is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Uluwatu boasting impressive views from the top of the famous cliff. We loved the modern and clean design as well as their stunning floor to ceiling windows adorning the front of the restaurant. The upstairs, outdoor bar is an ideal spot to start your evening and we highly recommend arriving for sunset so you can take full advantage of the breathtaking view. Once inside, we were seated at a discreet and romantic corner table and served a true culinary treat. The decadent “Ama Ebi Tarar” with Avruga Caviar, Avocado Guacamole, Gold Leaves and Miso Dressing starter had us lingering on every bite, and the juicy Angus Beef Tenderloin was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The light and tropical “Mon Merveilleux” dessert with Mascarpone Passion Cream, Light Vanilla Chantilly, Carrot Ginger Candy and Meringue Tuille was a perfect way to end a delectable meal. An ideal spot for a romantic date night or if you are craving fine dining with a spectacular view.
