We love the menu comprised of fresh ingredients and Indonesian flavours. Each dish can be ordered in a small, medium, or large portion sizes perfect for tasting or sharing. We loved starting with the refreshing Crab and Coconut Salad with Asian Herbs, Grated Coconut and Lime Palm Sugar Dressing, the Crispy Snapper Salad with Roasted Coconut, Green Mango and Sweet and Sour Dressing, and the beautifully displayed House Smoked Mahi Mahi with Lemon Truffled Yogurt, Pickled Cucumber and Watermelon Radish. For main courses we highly recommend the indulgent, perfectly cooked Giant Prawns with Bumbu Spice and Kangkung, the juicy and flavourful 200 Day Grain-Fed AU Rib-Eye with Carrot, Cumin Puree and Peppermint Jus, and the melt in your mouth Soy Ginger Gindara Black Cod Fillet Marinated in Sake with Coriander Vermicelli and Coconut Yellow Curry Sauce.
