MOET & CHANDON ROSE IMPERIAL

This summer Whisk is presenting a once a month pink filled brunch themed around Moet & Chandon’s fun and flirty Rose Imperial’s flamingo bottles. We arrived to a chic and lively ambiance with pink rose petals strewn across the table and free flow Moet & Chandon Rose being served throughout the venue. The buffet featured a decadent feast including fresh crab and mussels, freshly shucked oysters, a plethora of vibrant salads, flavouful smoked salmon and marinated octopus Roasted Suckling Pig, Whole Fish and juicy flame torched Wagyu Beef. Outside on the terrace was a full BBQ complete with huge fresh lobsters and juicy grilled meats. If that wasn’t enough, they still served up made to order mains with the perfectly Grilled Yamato Pork Chop and fragrant Roasted Miso Cod Fillet with Dashi Broth as our favourite options.  Make sure to save room as the impressive pink dessert buffet is a must visit part of the brunch and we couldn’t get enough of the tasty macaroons and of course finished off with a generous cheese platter and a few glasses of the sweet port. A truly stylish brunch with great food and ambiance. Don’t miss out as their last Flamingo brunch is on September 11th. After that their PINK brunch revelry continues every month until the end of the year.
