Abaca Restaurant, located in the luxurious Abaca Resort, features a beautiful semi outdoor dining area and mouthwatering inspired cuisine. Chef Patrick McCarthy has created a Mediterranean menu made from fresh produce and quality ingredients, and the generous portions make it ideal for either sharing family style in a group or as a couple over candlelight for a romantic sunset meal. Favourite dishes off the menu include the refreshing Crab Salad, the fragrant Steamed Black Mussels, the juicy, perfectly roasted Whole Chicken with Rosemary Honey, creamy and indulgent Pappardelle with Braised Veal, and the mediterranean inspired Whole Seabass with Roast Tomato, Asparagus and Roast Potato. For dessert we highly recommend the citrus Kalamancia Tart and the Chilled Mango Cheesecake with Creme Anglaise. The impressive quality was evident in every bite and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
