Acqua, located in the luxurious Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort, is the ideal spot for a relaxed Italian meal.  We loved the chic and modern design and view of their refreshing swimming pool. The menu is full of Italian classics including plenty of our favourite pastas and pizzas. We highly recommend the creamy Buffalo Mozzarella with Tomato and Rocket Leaves, the indulgent Home-Made Fettuccini with Truffle and Porcini Mushroom Cream Sauce, and the juicy and flavourful Bistecca di Manzo with Rocket and Tomato Salad. The must have dessert is their uniquely displayed Acqua Tiramisu and make sure to sample their refreshing Exclusively Crafted Acqua Negroni. A great spot for a family lunch or date night while staying in Cebu.
