Manhattan is a sophisticated and stylish speakeasy style bar located in the luxurious Regent Singapore.  We loved the ambient setting and wide selection of finely crafted cocktails inspired by the eclectic neighborhoods of New York City. Each cocktail utilizes fresh ingredients and great skill incorporating artisanal spirits and house made ingredients. We highly recommend their signature Aged Negroni, fragrant New York Sour, and their dangerously delicious and powerful Tippler’s Crippler. Or you can just tell their talented mixologists what flavours you love and see what they come up with. The bar bites are also delicious including addictive Kettle Chips with Pan-Fried Onion Dip and Rum Infused Foie Gras and Street Style Hot Dogs with Braised Tomato Onion, Pickled Relish and Knickerbocker Mustard. One of our favourite bars in Singapore and a must try when in town.
