While staying at Amorita Resort we were delighted to discover their authentic tapas restaurant featuring delicious Spanish cuisine and an impressive wine list. We loved the romantic and quiet ambiance and the friendly service making it a very enjoyable and relaxing dining experience. Favourite dishes of the night included the flavourful Chorizo a la Vino, juicy and indulgent Fried Pork Medallions with Manchego Cheese, fragrant Garlic Sauteed Prawns with Paprika and Olive Oil, mouthwatering Spanish Omelet with Freshwater Prawns), tender and tasty Galican Style Grilled Octopus with Cauliflower Puree, and the decadent “Paella Negra” with Shrimp, Calamari, Scallop and Aioli. Every bite was bursting with flavour and texture and we were incredibly impressed with the quality of every dish. A must dine spot when visiting Bohol.
