ALTO, set at the very top of V Point in Causeway Bay, creates the ideal atmosphere for a city dining experience. We loved the chic modern design featuring wraparound floor to ceiling windows showing off HK’s stunning skyline and a rooftop bar that shows an awe-inspiring angle of the city lights. The menu, created by Chef Mike Boyle, formerly of Bistecca, is composed of juicy cuts of meat and plenty of fresh seafood. We highly recommend the indulgent Spinach Artichoke Dip to start and loved their refreshing Watermelon Salad with Chili Roasted Feta Cheese, Thyme & Raisin Vinaigrette. For mains the flavourful Hanger Steak was one of the most tender and juicy cuts we’ve had and is a definite must order, and the fresh Roasted Branzino with Fennel, Cherry Tomatoes and French Beans was anther mouth-watering highlight. Make sure to pair your meal with choices from their extensive wine list and your visit isn’t complete without a nightcap on the romantic rooftop. Perfect for your next date night or if you are looking to impress your guests.
