Mandapa’s Premium Afternoon Tea is the perfect way to spend a relaxing and decadent afternoon admiring the resort’s sweeping views and indulging in their great service and delicious fare. We loved both the savoury bites including a mini-grill of Jumbo Prawns and Wagyu Beef Satay, Smoked Salmon Wraps with Salmon Caviar, and Turkey, Brie and Honey Finger Sandwiches, as well as the satisfyingly selection of Indonesian Sweets and Chocolate Cream Puffs. Paired with glasses of champagne the afternoon tea is the perfect way to get your holiday started.
