Favourite dishes from the menu include the fresh Hamachi Tartar with Seaweed Crackers and wasabi, the flavourful Mackerel Escabeche with Fennel Chickpeas and Mud Crab Vinaigrette, the beautifully displayed Mahi Mahi with Flying Fish Roe, Tapioca and Tarragon, the indulgent Lamb Shoulder with Tomatoes, Burnt Onions and Local Spinach, and the juicy and perfectly cooked Duck Breast with Beets, Gnocchi and Kale. Our meal finished with their perfectly balanced Milk & Honey dessert and a nightcap at their inviting bar before heading back to our villa.
