We highly recommend the satisfying spicy and flavourful “Ayam Sambal Matah”, indulgent and warming “Sop Buntut” Braised Wagyu Oxtail Soup, tender and fragrant “Bebek Betutu” Slow Cooked Balinese Duck Breast wrapped in Banana Leaf, and juicy Suckling Pig with 36 Hour Slow Cooked Pork Belly, Cheek and Shoulder.
