Cafe Gray Deluxe is one of the most luxurious and beautiful restaurants in Hong Kong. We love the wraparound glass windows showing off HK’s stunning skyline and the intimate seating ideal for a romantic evening. The menu is brimming with mouthwatering fare and we sampled some dishes from their a la carte menu as well as their festive menus. We loved the creamy and delicate Foie Gras Terrine with Sauce Cumberland, Poached Quince and Cracked Pink Peppercorns, and the indulgent Steak Tartare with Gaufrettes and Kunz Ketjap to start. For main courses we highly recommend the Sesame Crusted Kingfish with Harissa, Roasted Bell Peppers and Cumin, the Steamed Garoupa with Ginger Watercress Boullion, Pak Choi, Coriander and Scallion, both ideal for seafood lovers, and the tender Marsala Glazed Veal Cheek with Saffron Risotto, Parma Ham and Sage was a delicious indulgent treat. Don’t miss out on the and juicy Christmas inspired Pancetta Wrapped Venison Loin with Green Peas, Lingonberries and Sage, which was a definitely highlight and perfect for the holiday season. Make sure to save room for their unique Milk Chocolate Creme Brulee dessert and sample a few of their addictive cocktails. One of our favourite spots in the city to dine on a special evening or just when we are craving a chic slice of HK.
