Firefly, located at The Pavillions Phuket, is the ideal spot to relax, dine, and enjoy an evening with friends. Boasting Phuket’s largest freeform swimming pool, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a mouthwatering menu, there’s not much more you could want for a perfect day or evening. We were enticed by the modern yet casual design and varied menu created from fresh produce and highly recommend starting with a few items from their “Bites” section such as the tasty Roasted Chorizo and addictive White Anchovies. For main courses we loved the fragrant Surf Clams, Mussels and Cider cooked in their Wood Oven, the juicy and perfectly grilled Wagyu Skirt Tagliata, and the flavourful and tender Mighty Roast Duck with Tamarind Glaze cooked in their in-house Rotisserie. A great spot for lunch or dinner fueled with a few of their fresh cocktails.
