The Thai dishes were full of local flavours and served in an impressive and luxurious manner. Favourite’s of the night include the light and unique “La Tiang” Egg Net with Sweet Prawn and Chicken, fresh and flavourful “Yam Makow Yao Goong” Smoked Eggplant and Andaman Prawn Salad, the indulgent Massaman Beef Cheek Curry with Coconut Potato and Charred Carrots, and the fragrant and mouthwatering “Pla Mok Kling Kaeng Dang” Steamed Whole Fish in Banana Leaf with Thai Herbs, Rd Curry, Basil and Kaffir Lime Fragrance.
