Seafood at Trisara is a must visit while in Phuket for local flavours, fresh seafood, and a luxurious dining experience. We loved the extensive menu featuring plenty of Thai specialities and the knowledgeable staff can inform you about all the chef’s signature dishes. You are also invited to visit the fresh seafood counter and select your own crab or whole fish caught that day. We loved the flavourful “Pla Muek Phad Dum” Squid Stir Fried in its own Ink with Garlic, addictive “Pla Sai Thod Kamin” Crispy Deep Fried Sand Fish with Young Garlic and Fresh Turmaric, fragrant “Goong Ob Gleau” Tiger Prawns Baked and Coated in Salt served with Chili and Lime, the aromatic Deep Fried Amberjack with Herbs, and the creamy Fresh Whole Black Crab with Homemade Yellow Curry Paste, Eggs and Celery which was bursting with flavour and a definite highlight. One of our favourite dining experiences for a luxurious taste of what Phuket has to offer.
