Lee Lo Mei, located on Lyndhurst Terrace, is a vibrant and lively new restaurant and bar serving up a unique twist on local HK fare. The two level establishment features an open front bar with a bustling atmosphere on it’s ground floor where you can enjoy bar snacks and creative cocktails after a busy work day. Head upstairs for dinner and soak up the artistic and nostalgic HK decor alongside welcoming service and an innovative and mouthwatering menu. Favourite dishes included the fragrant and unique X.O. Turnip Cake made with Kataifi, Turnip Puree and homeade XO Sauce, the sweet and savoury Confit Duck Leg and Foie Gras Taro Cakes, the addictive Sauteed Golden Shrimps with Salted Egg Yolk and Black Truffle, the inventive “Charcoal Squid” with a Sweet Chili Glaze, and the indulgent Salted Egg Yolk Claypot Rice with Pork Head Meat Sausage. For dessert we highly recommend their expertly created “Sweet Rice Dumplings” filled with Ginger Soup and Candied melon. Make sure to check sample their great cocktails, the Brittle Fashioned and Red Lips being our favourite, or pair your meal with some craft beers from their impressive selection. An ideal spot to dine with friends and take visitors for a modern take on HK cuisine.
