Mamasita’s Cantina is a lively and energetic Latin eatery serving up authentic Mexican and Cuban fare created by talented Chef Edgar Navarro. We loved the eccentric and colourful decor and intimate seating perfect for a fun night out with friends. The focus of their menu is street style food and we loved the elevated twist on Mexican favourites. Recommended snacks and starters include the fresh and addictive Guacamole Dip, fragrant and perfectly spiced Corn Esquites, indulgent Pork Carnitas and flaky Fish Tacos. Make sure to delve into a few of the larger main courses such as the insanely tender and juicy “Roasted Chicken Ranchero” 65 Degrees Cooked Free-Range Chicken in Coloradito Sauce with Curly Fries and Cipollini, and the fall off the bone BBQ Pork Ribs “Pibil” 16 Hour Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs with Pibil Sauce, Apple Slaw Salad and Achiote BBQ Sauce.
