We’ve always known Dragon-I is one of the best spots in the city if you are looking for a fun night out, but were recently reminded of it’s delicious restaurant serving some mouthwatering Chinese and Japanese fare. Favourite dishes of the night included the crisp and flavourful Deep-Fried Prawns with Salty Egg Yolk, the tender and mouthwatering Pan-Seared US Teppanyaki Sirloin Steak with Butter-Yaki Shitake Mushrooms and Garlic Teriyaki Sauce, and the fragrant Roasted Peking Duck served with pancakes and also served pan-fried and minced in lettuce cups. The portions are perfect for sharing with a group of friends and pairing with their innovative cocktails and wine list. Executive Chef Ryan Chui has also introduced a new Chinese Dinner Tasting featuring many of his signature dishes which is ideal for a celebratory occasion.
