GourmetBar, located in the Lobby of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, is the perfect hang out spot with great food and drinks in a trendy setting. We loved the open area with high ceilings, contemporary design, and a buzzing ambiance. The menu features a variety of innovative and classic burgers as well as their variation of Thai favourites and a great dessert menu. Favourites of the night included their juicy and indulgent burgers with the decadent GourmetBar Signature Burger and unique Thai Burger at the top of our list. Their fragrant Pad Thai is also a can’t miss dish, and we loved the refreshing and vibrant Thai Pomelo Salad. Make sure to save room for dessert and share a portion of the indulgent “Better Thank Your Mother’s Apple Pie” and comforting Raspberry Tiramisu.
