Mercedes me have launched a new mouthwatering Sunday brunch including free-flow Perrier Jouet Champagne in their stylish and comfortable setting. We loved starting with the appetizer buffet full of high quality fare including vibrant salads, mouthwatering Iberico Loin, White Anchovies, Marinated Mussels and sweet Poached Tiger Prawns. They also have a made to order ceviche station where you can choose from a variety of fresh seafood options to go with your choice of dressings, and a made to order egg station where their 65 Degrees Sous-Vide Egg is a must order. Once you’ve had your fill of starters, move on the the main courses which are again made to order and are served in sharing friendly tapas sizes. Don’t worry, the main courses are also free flow, so if you love the juicy Roasted Grass Fed Rib-Eye or indulgent Crispy Pork Belly Brioche Buns buns as much as we did, go ahead and order more. The irresistible desserts are also made fresh and served at the table. We suggest you try one of each and fully indulge in the rich Chocolate and Hazelnut Delice and delicious Catalan Cream Foam. An ideal treat for a celebratory event or just if you are craving a luxurious way to spend a Sunday. One of our new favourite brunches in town.
