Seasons by Olivier E. has recently launched one of the most decadent brunches in town and is definitely a must try if you love your champagne brunches as much as we do. The dining experience commences with a seafood laden appetizer buffet including fresh lobster, oysters, giant crab legs and prawns as well as french cheese, a charcuterie board, beef tartare, grilled tuna 5 spices and a variety of vibrant salads. After getting your buffet fix choose your made to order egg course from fluffy classic omelettes to rich 65 degrees eggs which all come with grape tomatoes, bacon and hash brown. The main course selection is also made to order and we highly recommend their perfectly roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach, and the juicy, thick cut Roasted Beef Sirloin. Make sure to save room for the dessert buffet which was a hit with both kids and adults with Macaroons, Dulcey Mini Tarts, Black Chocolate Mousse Entremet and Pear Frangipane Tart on offer, and upgrade to the the free flow champagne package for a truly celebratory experience. One of our favourite luxurious ways to enjoy a Sunday and we highly recommended if you looking high quality fare in a chic and stylish setting.
