Mihan Jiaoxi, located in the tranquil and luxurious Wellspring by Silks, is a warm and chic spot ideal for enjoying a mouthwatering hotpot. We loved the intimate setting and the use of fresh local hotspring vegetables alongside top grade imported meats. The fragrant hotpot uses Bonito Soup and was full of delicate flavours and perfect for sharing. We loved the tender and flavourful Kagoshima Pork, large sweet Lobster and fresh assorted seafood. Alongside the hotpot the restaurant features an abundant salad buffet brimming with local produce which was made for the ideal appetizer.
