Sushi Ono serves up a mouthwatering Omakase menu at the heart of Central. Tucked away on the 9th Floor of 11 Stanley Street we loved the intimate space and sitting at the engaging and lively sushi bar where each course is lovingly prepared by the chef utilizing the freshest produce flown in from Tokyo. The Omakase menu consisted of approximately 15 courses with highlights such as Simmered Abalone with Abalone Sauce, Paper Thin Cut Aberjack with Fresh Seaweed Roll, Fresh Whole Sea Urchin with Soy Sauce Jelly, and perfectly Grilled Lobster. The sushi and sashimi selection is a true treat with the melt in your mouth Seated Fatty Tuna, Striped Jack Sahimi, Geoduck Clam, Sea Whelk & Fresh Octopus being some of our favourites. Make sure to ask for sake recommendations to pair perfectly with the menu. We highly recommend Sushi Ono for one of the best Omakase experiences in town.
