Yashoku, “A Midnight Snack” in Japanese, is Zuma’s inspiration for Hong Kong’s very first night brunch. The Saturday evening party commences at 8:30pm and includes free flow champagne, sake, house infused sochu, beers and array mouthwatering Japanese fare. We loved the lively atmosphere with a live DJ putting you straight into the weekend spirit. Instead of a buffet, small dishes are brought to your table so you can try a little of everything and order more of what you like. We loved the fresh salmon hand rolls, tomato salad, crispy fried squid, chicken karaage, fried softshell crab, pork and foie gras gyoza and the selection of the perfectly grilled robata skewers. If you are looking for a fun spot to kick off your Saturday night this is it. Bring a group of friends for an informal dinner and plenty of drinks all hosted in Zuma’s stylish bar.
