Fang Fang, an elegant contemporary Asian dining destination, has opened its doors in buzzing LKF Tower, bringing delightful flavours and chic ambiance to the Central restaurant scene. The menu is prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Kent Lee Chin Heng, former Executive Chef of Hakkasan Mumbai and Chinese Sous Chef of Kai Mayfair, recognized as Britain’s Highest Ranked Chinese Restaurant by The Sunday Times in 2012 & 2015. Chef Kent Lee sources most of his ingredients from Hong Kong ensuring he is using the freshest produce possible and makes most of the sauces used in his menu in house. Favourite dishes of the night included the flavourul Posh Duck Roll with Cucumber and Hoisin Sauce, the crisp Soft Shell Crab with Curry Leaf, Almonds, Spices and Chili, the fragrant and insanely tender Slow Cooked Jasmine Tea Smoked Pork Ribs, and the perfectly prepared Forest Honey Grilled Chilean Seabass with Asparagus and Lotus Chips. Make sure to try a few of their innovative cocktails created by Bar Manger Gagan Gurung, our favourites being the Omikuji Girl and Trai Dat which are served in cute Instagram worthy mugs.
