Pierre Gagnaire’s 2 Michelin Star restaurant, situated on the 36th floor of ANA InterContinental Tokyo, boasts an elegant and classic venue ideal for a romantic date, with private tables facing Tokyo’s beautiful city lights and a quiet and intimate ambiance with impeccable service. We sampled the “Esquisse Ete” menu highlights of which included a refreshing and vibrant Fillet of John Dory Poele with a mango flavoured bouillabaissem, and a flavourful Iberico flavoured pork grilled with green pepper and coconut milk. Make sure to ask the sommelier for recommended wine pairings and finish with a decadent selection of signature desserts. A beautiful spot for French fine dining at the heart of Tokyo.
