Blue have undergone a major revamp in both their menu and interiors. After scouring the world for the highest quality beef, the meat specialists at Blue have sourced the rare Rubia Gallega Beef and are now proud to be one of the only restaurants in Asia to deliver this exclusive premium brand. Originating from the Coastal Galician mountains, their cows are raised in the most humane and sustainable way possible ensuring happy cattle and mouthwatering cuts of beef. We visited Blue for dinner to sample the new menu and loved starting with the fresh and addictive Coal Roasted Beetroot Salad with Mandarin, Feta and Pistachio Vinaigrette, and their rich Roasted Bone Marrow with Parmesan Parsley Crumb and Balsamic Onions. For the main course we highly recommend their signature 45-day dry-aged 12 to 18 years old pasture raised Rubia Gallega Sirloin Steak. Juicy, tender and perfectly cooked the steak has a truly unique and delicious flavour and is a must order on the menu. Add their indulgent Duck Confit Mac ‘n’ Cheese with Slow Cooked Egg as a side and pair with a glass of Malbec for an unbeatable main course. Don’t forget to sample their impressive selection of Clay Pot Aged Negronis and pair a glass of tawny port with one of the decadent desserts. A great spot for a night out with friends or fun foodie date.
