Caprice, located in the renowned Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, is one of HK’s most popular fine dining destinations.  Boasting two Michelin Stars and a talented kitchen led by Chef de Cuisine, Guillaume Galliot, Caprice successfully serves decadent and mouthwatering fare in exquisite and elegant surroundings. We loved the intimate window facing tables with beautiful city views and a romantic ambiance. We highly recommend indulging in the tasting menu and we were lucky to have the Chef Galliot there for our meal to guide us through our unforgettable dining experience. Favourite dishes of the night included the deliciously decadent “Land and Sea Tartare” using Australian Wagyu Beef, Gillardeau Oyster and Kristal Caviar, the innovative and extremely flavourful Laksa with King Crab, Confit Egg and Sudachi Lime, the indulgent Sea Urchin Black Rice Risotto with Salmon Roe and Mushroom, the light and fragrant Japanese Nodoguro with Artichoke and New Caledonia Shrimp Consomme with Ginger, and the juicy, melt in your mouth Aubrac Rack of Lamb and Confit Shoulder with Eggplant Caviar and Masala Sauce.
